DPU - $0.01849
Yield - 9.3%
NAV - $0.83
Gearing - 38.9%
Current price - $0.8
Highlights are:
- DPU for the second quarter of this year climbed to 1.849 Singapore cents which is 7.3% higher than that in Q2 2014.
- 14.3% gain in distributable income to S$11.76 million over the same period.
- Net property income jumped 19.3 per cent to S$12.2 million and gross revenue expanded 17.1% to S$17.82 million.
- Proposed acquisition of a property at 30 Pioneer Road.
Summary
Looks like the acquisition of Jackson Square and Jackson Design Hub have really paid off. I am considering to add more into my holding before the ex-date since the price hasn't risen much even though Viva Industrial Trust has been doing quite well. I am not sure if I have miss something but feel free to let me know if there is.

I look a small position in SoilBuild Business Space REIT (S3VU) before the 3rd quarter results and it turned out to be pretty well for the quarter. So the 3rd quarter outperformance against the forecast mainly due to combination of higher revenue, partial income from the recently acquired Tellus Marine and lower property expenses due to lower maintenance costs for multi-tenanted properties.
